Dear Hongmin,

I have worked with hemocyanins in the past that were highly soluble like
yours. Some of these crystallised by dialysis against a very low ionic
strength buffer. I have no idea if this is a general property of highly
soluble proteins (is there anything general about proteins anyway) but you may
want to consider it.
