dear protein crystallographers,

(please excuse me for posting non-ccp4 question.)

i have a question on crystallization of myosin motor
domain (about 800 residues). i am following the
crystallization method by Dominguez et al. (cell, 94:559)

while the authors refer to microseeding method but
the source of seeds is not mentioned. could
anyone with experience with this protein teach
me the proper crystallization condition?
