[ccp4bb]: CCP4 4.2 - binaries for Sun OS 5.8

Binaries for CCP4 4.2 compiled on a Sun Blade 100 running SunOS 5.8
are now available at:

ftp.ccp4.ac.uk/pub/ccp4/4.2/binaries/ccp4-4.2_SUNOS.tar.gz

X-windows programs are still missing, but everything else is there.
Since Sun systems are few and far between, I cannot guarantee how
portable the binaries are, so feedback welcome.
