Dear Rams,
you could always try the set of patches, scripts etc I've made for the
CCP4 4.2 release:
http://www.globalphasing.com/people/vonrhein/ccp4/
The simple (?) installation script should give you the option to
install for Intel ifc, Lahey lf95, Portland Group pgf77/pgf90, GNU
g77, Compaq/HP/Digital f77/f90 or SGI f77/f90.
