ARP/wARP requires a version of refmac5 higher than 5.1.19.
It also requires that 'refmac -i' produces that version number, which
was broken in some releases. I am surprised that 4.2 had 5.1.19 and
4.2.1 has 5.0.36. But, yes, you do need > 5.1.19.
