CCP4 4.2 had refmac version 5.1.19
CCP4 4.2.1 had refmac version 5.1.24

And latter works for me with arp_warp_6.0

Just checked ccp4-4.2.1_IRIX64_n32.tar.gz and that does have
refmac 5.1.24   I'll check others if you tell me which
binaries you're using.
