Bernie/Tassos,

Are you picking up the right refmac5 on your path? e.g. have you 
inadvertently sourced another (old) ccp4.setup?

to check this do :
which refmac5

to be picky on Tassos's reply - 'refmac -i' is the wrong program - it 
needs to be 'refmac5 -i' :)
