[ccp4bb]: ccp4i under Redhat linux 7.3

I compiled ccp4 under Redhat Linux 7.3, and compiled the tcl_tk_blt 
package and am getting errors when trying to run "run ft - create map".

The error message is as follows:

It runs fine from the command line but only fails under the gui.
I have tried installing the static tcl_tk_blt, but that does not
to help.

It also runs fine under root, so I changed the ownership off all
programs to the user, and that does not seem to help.
