[ccp4bb]: REFMAC usage

I am a new user to REFMAC.  After several rounds of refinement I am seeing 
major discrepancies.  Using the exact same PDB for multiple rounds of 
refinement yeilds varying Rfrees (order of 1-5%).  Is this a problem in 
weighting.  I am at 1.6 resolution.  What should I use as a weight matrix 
value.
