Dear colleagues,
I have an EM map in ccp4 format of an icosahedral particle with the
particle centre
at 0 0 0. The extent of the map is from -1/2 to 1/2 in each direction of
a cubic p1 cell. I simply
want to calculate a new map with the particle rotated about 0 0 0
according to some euler angles.
I can't get MAPROT to do this properly as it will only accept a map with
extent 0 1
in which case the particle is split into the corners ot the unit cell
and the rotation does not work properly.
Can anyone suggest how I should do this simple operation please!
    thanks and merry christmas
    Stephen Cusack
