[ccp4bb]: selenium incorporation in Pichia Pastoris

Dear Structural Biologists,
	Apologies for the non-ccp4 related question. The conventional 
wisdom here seems to be that selenomethionine incorporation in Pichia does 
not work. Can that possibly be true? I've done some poking around and 
found a few positive stories but details are lacking. References and or 
anecdotal evidence of both success and failure would be appreciated.
