Hello
I am trying to refine a DNA structure using Refmac. The problem comes with
BRU (5-bromo-2-deoxyuridine-5-monophosphate), as this residue has a
minimal description.
Can someone help me with the ligand dictionary ?
And later does one uses the LIBIN command for the new ligand (the ***.cif
file)  ?
