Hi Raji,

it looks like the SORTFUN stage has not been run, so you have no  
HKLPCK0 file.
The gui tries to be clever and recognise when the HKLPCK0 file exists.   
Sometimes
it gets things wrong (something order specific, but I do not know  
what).  Try forcing
with "sort and tabling"  (Run and View Com to confirm that SORTFUN has  
run.
