[ccp4bb]: permission problems in amore

Hello all,

This is a strange permission problem that I cannot find. I think the root
of the problem is that a non-root user tried to re-compile the file in his
own directory (all the program files in the common area are
write-protected against evil users). He had changed the ccp4.setup to
point to his own directories but left the pointing of CLIBD to the common
area.  His compilation failed because of this, but in the meantime amore
refuses to run as follows:

the file it is looking for is there and its is:
-rwxr-xr-x    1 root     arnold       2893 Dec 16  2001
/arnold/software/ccp4-4L1/include/default.def*

Other routines of ccp4 work without a problem.

Any ideas?
