There is not the space for a large equipment exhibition. However, there are a number of break-out rooms available where equipment and software suppliers will be able to talk to potential customers. In addition, we will be offering sponsorship slots (coffee breaks, poster sessions, conference dinner) etc. There will be a large poster session running through most of the conference, and exhibitors registered for the conference will be able to mount a poster there.
